When cupid struck his arrow through the Milan preparations, anticipation was hyped on Valentine’s Day with an exciting road show near Java Green.
Organized by the Internal Publicity Team of the Milan’11, the Road-show saw the performances of some finest singing and dancing along with the some random question session on Valentine’s Day. This Fun Extravaganza was specially organized to promote the cultural fest Milan’11 and also to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
About 100 enthusiastic students, who hesitated to perform at the beginning, were more free-flowing towards the end and wished the show to prolong. The singing, the dancing and the rapping were entertaining to watch as it was dedicated to the couples across the world. The top notch dance performances by Siddarth, Abhisek, and Ankit were the highlight of the show. It was well matched by Shona’s double delight that included a rap and a dance performing with elegance, and stylishness.
The atmosphere was charged by naughty proposals, a little hip shaking, peppy songs and a lot of zesty entertainment. Sharad, Dinesh and Abhishek’s singing was a high point, exemplifying confidence to express their feelings. Not many can do this.
Some were pulled and some were pushed to perform but nevertheless the enthusiasm prevailed. “This is the most sensational Road-Show SRM students have ever witnessed”, shrieked Shruti, a student.
This was a milestone on the road to Milan and many more lay ahead!! Be on the lookout!
