Face to Face with Art!

Angry Birds Halloween seemed to be in no comparison with the one here in SRM . Organised by the Panorama Domain, the face painting event is usually one of the more creative and colourful events of Milan. This time around, with the theme being 'Halloween' it turned out to be very interesting and scary! In some cases the theme was used in really hillarious ways..

With 30 teams participating,  Prof Geeta of the Architecture department and Prof Shanta from the Career Guidance department were the judges for this competition.

Lavanya one of the participants and a final year student said that the theme was comparatively easier when compared to last years theme, but  still  too vague.  "Participation from all the other collegs made us too tense," she added.

The best part of this competition was that the participants could make people look scarier than their worst nightmares! Though at first there was a huge rush of participants, they were all provided with more than enough time, space, brushes and paints to make their jobs easier. Even then, Coordinator Aditi had a tough time arguing with students over the time limit, but at the end of the day, Mohammed and Karthik were announced the winner and runner up respectively!
